If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Webnyze provides professional web scraping, data extraction, data processing, custom dashboard development, API integration, and related data services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements, proposals, or statements of work mutually agreed upon by both parties.

You grant Webnyze a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reference your company name and a general description of the project in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Web data is inherently dynamic and subject to change without notice. While we implement rigorous quality assurance processes, including data validation, deduplication, and integrity checks, Webnyze does not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of extracted data. We are not liable for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in third-party source data. All data is provided on an "as-is" basis, and you are responsible for verifying its suitability for your intended use.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, data, trade secrets, and client lists. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms for a period of two (2) years. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or received from a third party without restriction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webnyze, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery. Partial refunds may be issued proportional to the portion of the service that was unsatisfactory. No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or changes in applicable laws or regulations.
Webnyze reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Chandigarh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, proposals, or statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Webnyze regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
